Subsidiary and Joint Ventures

• Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Ltd. (RKCL) - RKCL was promoted jointly by the Information Technology & Communication Department, Government of Rajasthan (30% shareholding), MKCL (30% shareholding) and some Universities in Rajasthan.

• MKCL International FZE - MKCL promoted and registered in 2006 MKCL International FZE, a 100% subsidiary at Sharjah, UAE for expanding its business internationally.It has formed joint ventures in Saudi Arabia and Ghana.

• MKCL Arabia Ltd. – It is limited liability company formed and registered in 2008 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), as a 50:50 Joint Venture between MKCL International, FZE, Sharjah and ICEEL (The International Company for Education & Electronic Learning), KSA. The Joint Venture is imparting IT Literacy training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Riyadh and Al Ahssa.
