1. eLearning based self-learning sessions will be given through MKCL’s eLearning Framework
   
   
2. Purchase order should be sent along with 100% advance payment
   
   
3. Warranty of the software is 1 Year. The support will be provided remotely by MKCL only through internet connection
   
   
4. Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) would be charged at 15% of the initial software price. (After the warranty period of the software
   
   
5. Any software upgrades released during the Warranty period or AMC period would be given free of cost to the purchaser
   
   
6. For activation of the software at the time of first login, the internet connection is required
   
   
7. In order to provide online support, the PC (which has the software installed) should be connected to the Internet on minimum of 265Kbps Broadband Internet connection
