Coordination and management of more than 5000+ Authorized Learning Centres (ALCs), Network Partners Viz. Local Lead Centres (LLCs), Regional Lead Centres (RLCs), Training Providers (TPs), Marketing Interns (MI), and SBU Coordinators.
Coordination for designing and implementation of Centre Life Cycle and Learner Life Cycle for various business offerings. Support to Network Partners and other Joint Ventures for implementation of various activities.
Knowledge in the creation of Business Processes, Analytical thinking, Data Analysis, Business Process Reengineering, Business Presentations, etc. Also, the domain knowledge of business processes coupled with network relationship management helped in understanding the trends and patterns of business and also helped in making important projections and therefore defining Business Strategy for the network.
Management of various functional modules viz. Marketing & Promotion, Network, Admission, Academics, Examination, Supply Chain, Customer Relationship, Software Requirements, Finance, Quality and MIS for various educational offerings.
