In an exciting career span of 19 years, Hemant has left his constructive and innovative trails in health, manufacturing, media, Education and ITES industry.
He has explored three different arenas in his career. In his early life, he has been a theatre activist and Aerobics Trainer for good nine years, while he was still pursuing his higher education. Later, he started his industry career as a Factory Manager in Plastic window and door manufacturing company. In a short while, he entered in the field of Training then Space selling, Events, Publications and Brand Promotions with the largest vernacular media conglomerate 'Sakal Group of Publications'.
In eight years of Sakal career, he not only introduced few new supplements like Pratibimb, IT, Appointments etc., but also started a new department called Brand Promotions and a new business vertical i.e. Books and Publications Division.
Brand promotions continues to be a pillar of all the events and inhouse advertising of Sakal.
In MKCL, he continued his innovative excellence in the field of Advertising, Media Handling, Promotional strategies and Branding. He has innovated few low cost yet high impact ideas of promotions with a smooth blend of MKCL's Business Partners' Network and Information Technology to reach masses. His strategic marketing contributions have not only uplifted the branding standards but has increased the brand visibility also. His breakthrough marketing events have brought massive customer footprints in MKCL network. He was a vital marketing interface between MKCL's Network and Society. His design inputs and marketing strategies continue to drive MKCL network in accomplishing MKCL's mission to Bridge the Digital Divide Worldwide'.
He has taken over the new responsibility as General Manager, Digital University – Business Development Program. MKCL’s Digital University is one of the flagship programs of MKCL which works with 20+ Universities and 6000 + colleges all across India.
