Examination Structure
The examination for Level I, Level II and part I of Level III will be conducted online and Part 2 subjective examination will be a paper based one. The quality and difficulty level is that of international standard in a step by step manner.
Students are eligible to appear for all the three exams.
The Level I and Level II examinations can be given within the period of two weeks according to the convinience of the student. Student can register for the time slot in specified duration to appear for the exam. For result improvement exam s/he has to apply for the slot within 2 days after the 1st attempt.
The student will able to see his marks for Level I and Level II exam immediately after the exam.
Level 1: The examination paper of Level I will contain 150 questions. Their distribution is given below:

| 3 | Biology | 30 questions |
| 4 | Mathematics | 30 questions |
| 5 | Mental Ability | 30 questions |
The time duration for this exam is 3 hours.
Level 2: The examination paper of Level I will also contain 150 questions. Their distribution is given below:
| 1 | Physics | 40 questions |
| 2 | Chemistry | 40 questions |
| 3 | Biology | 40 questions |
| 4 | Mathematics | 30 questions |
The time duration for this exam is 2 and half hours.
Level 3: The examination will be conducted in two patrs:
Part I: The first part of the exam is objective type and student has to answer 30 questions from:

| 3 | Biology | 10 questions |
Part II: The second part of the exam is subjective type questions:

Nurturance Program
1st Nurturing Program
All those students who have enrolled for Level II examination are given a DVD of 40 Audio-visual lectures for preparation. 8 Question- answer sessions with expert professors and teachers through distributed classroom. The students can participate in these sessions through MKCL centres..
2nd Nurturing Program
Students who enroll for level III examinations are given addtional DVD of 20 Audio-visual lectures and are provided with distributed classroom sessions.
Nurturance Workshop
Two residential workshops each of one week durationwill be organised in winter and summer for 35 Maharashtra Olympiad Scholars.
