Senior Software Developer (For Women Professionals)

MKCL invites talented and experienced Women Professionals who would like to focus on personal as well as on professional front to apply for this part-time consultancy engagement.

This part-time consultancy engagement shall be exclusively with MKCL. During the engagement period, the consultant is expected to work solely with MKCL and shall not undertake any other employment, assignment, or professional engagement in any form.

• Work Mode - Physically at Workplace
• Preferred work timings - 9.00am to 1.15pm / 2.00pm to 6.15pm (includes 15 minutes of Tea Break)

• Lead and mentor software development team and promote coding best practices.
• Architect, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services. - Create responsive, user-friendly, and interactive front-end interfaces.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize database and application performance. - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and maintain production quality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements.

• Backend: or Java (Spring MVC/Spring Boot), microservices, concurrency, caching, scalability, OAuth/JWT/RBAC, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Frontend: Vue.js, JavaScript, responsive UI, frontend optimization.
• Database: MySQL or MongoDB, schema design, indexing, optimization.
• DevOps & Cloud: Git, CI/CD (GitLab CI), understanding of cloud computing concepts.

• Master’s Degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or Information Technology; OR
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (BE/BTech/ME/MTech) in Computer Engineering, Computer Technology, or Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized university.

Preferably 2 years + of relevant professional experience after completion of the qualifying degree.

• The consultancy Charges will depend on qualifications and relevant work experience as per MKCL’s norms.
